I build websites only: one-page sites, multi-page sites and redesigns. I do not build mobile apps or chatbots.

After payment, the source files and all rights to the site pass to you. Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, without WordPress. You can hand them to your client.

The exact price depends on the pages and languages. Add-ons such as online booking, payments or customer accounts are priced from the standard price list. You get the total before I start, and it does not change.

One condition for the studio price. You confirm that you work at a web studio or a marketing agency: check the box and give the company name and website.
Without it, the order is priced at the regular rates for all clients. The difference is in a multi-page site: up to $100 at the studio price, $75 - $150 at the regular rates.

When the site is ready, you decide. If you like it, you pay and get the files; if not, you owe nothing. After payment you have 7 days to send up to three rounds of changes, and I make each round within 24 hours.
Every site is built by Paul
One person, not an agency, based in Poland. Paul writes the words, lays out the page, codes it and publishes it. He reads and answers your messages himself.
You sign the contract and the NDA with him.
No prepayment. You pay only for a site you like

- Your name, your rights
- The site carries your studio's name. On payment, the files and all rights to the site pass to you.
- 7 days of free fixes
- Anything broken in my work in the first 7 days after payment, I fix at no cost.
What studios ask before the first order
Will my client see your name anywhere?
No. There is no credit in the footer, no link to me and no mention of my name on the site. Where the site is published is your decision.
Who owns the site?
After payment, you do: the source files and the copyright. You can pass them to your client or keep them at your studio.
How many changes are included?
Up to three rounds within 7 days of payment, each done within 24 hours. Changes stay within the brief: texts, photos, colors and the order of blocks. New pages, new languages and new features are priced separately.
Which languages can the site be in?
One language or several. The WNR site runs in Polish, Ukrainian and English. Each extra language adds to the price, and you know the total upfront.
Can the site live on my client's hosting?
Yes. I publish it to your client's hosting and domain or to your server, or I send you the files. I can also host it on my server free of charge.
When do the 24 hours start?
The site is live within 24 hours from my email confirming I have everything: texts or a brief for them, a logo, photos and contact details. If other builds are already in progress, I tell you the earliest start before you confirm.
How and when do we pay?
After you have seen the finished site working, before the rounds of changes. By PayPal (a card works through PayPal too), Revolut, or in USDT or USDC. Other payment methods on request. If you do not like the site, you pay nothing. Once you have paid and have the files, the money is not refunded: the site and the rights are already yours.
Do I need a partner link or a code?
No. For the studio price, it is enough to confirm that you work at a studio or an agency. A partner's code or link only tells me who recommended you.
Will you sign a contract and an NDA?
Yes. The transfer of rights is set out in an electronic contract with an electronic signature, and I sign an NDA with your studio.
Could you take my client directly?
No. For 12 months I do not work directly with your studio's client. Sites I build for studios do not appear in my portfolio.
What if something breaks after handover?
For 7 days after payment I fix anything broken in my work free of charge. New pages and new features are a separate order.
What is the site built with?
Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript files, without WordPress. There is no admin panel: after payment, your studio gets the source files, and the text is edited directly in them, which any developer can do.
