The obvious question

Why it can be this cheap and this fast

A finished website for under $200, in a day, sounds too good to be true, so here is the catch, stated plainly: I did not find a shortcut through the work itself. I took out everything that was never the work in the first place.

One kind of work, repeated

I build small business websites and nothing else. No apps, no standalone dashboards, no custom platforms. The tenth dentist's site is not the first one: every decision has already been made and tested, so the day goes into your business rather than into working out the shape of the job.

No meetings, ever

Everything happens in writing, in the gaps between your customers. No kickoff call, no scheduling, no slide deck about my process. Most projects need around a dozen messages from you in total, and you can send them at midnight if that is when you are free.

Nothing to cancel later

No monthly fee, no minimum term, no account to close. The price we agree on is the entire cost. There is no second payment, and nothing renews. A cheap price usually hides a subscription somewhere; here there is nowhere for it to hide.

Changes within 24 hours

When you see the site and want the headline reworded or a photo swapped, that lands within 24 hours, not next week. One round of changes is included in the price you already agreed, and none of it changes the price or restarts the clock.

You own all of it

You see the finished site working at a real address before you pay anything. The moment you do, everything is yours in writing: source files, the address, every account I set up. Host it anywhere, hand it to another developer, or leave it with me. Nothing is locked, and there is no account of mine you would have to close.

One round of changes, included

Ask within 7 days of delivery. I make the changes within 24 hours, at no extra cost:

  • Wording anywhere on the site
  • Swapping photographs
  • Reordering sections
  • Fixing contact details

New pages or new features are a separate order with its own price. I would rather say so now than later.

Seven days of free fixes

If something breaks on my end in the seven days after you accept the site, I fix it for free. After that it is your site and any developer can work on it, or write to me and I will quote the job.

There is no maintenance contract, because there is nothing you need to keep paying for.

Search: exactly what is included

What I won't do is promise you a ranking on Google. Where you rank depends on your competitors, your reviews and how long you have been in business; anyone guaranteeing page one is selling you something else.

When do the twenty-four hours start?

With my email confirming I have the agreed scope and all your materials, not when you first message me. You can take a day to think it over; the clock waits for you.

What happens if you are late?

The agreement is canceled and you owe nothing. There is no discount to negotiate and no half-finished site to argue about.

How do I pay once I approve the site?

Three ways, whichever suits you: PayPal (balance, or any card without a PayPal account), a transfer from the Revolut app, or stablecoin (USDT or USDC). Payment is due only after you have seen the finished site working.

Can the price change while you work?

No. The number agreed in the first fifteen minutes is the number you pay. If you ask for something outside that scope, I quote it separately and you decide.

Someone quoted me half that. Why should I pay more?

You may not need to. The comparison worth making is not the two numbers but whether they cover the same thing: how many pages, who writes the words, how many rounds of changes, who owns the files afterwards, and what happens if the deadline is missed. Send me what they quoted and I will go through it line by line. If it covers the same ground and you trust them, take it.

Who changes the phone number when it changes?

You do, in the site's own panel: text, phone, opening hours, prices, photos. It is not a CMS with plugins, just a simple password-protected form: the change is live within a minute, without me and without paying anyone. You also receive the source files, so anyone else can work on the site too. New pages or new sections are quoted as new work.

What do you need from me to start?

What your business does, what a visitor should do on the site, and any text or photos you already have. If you have none, say so. I write the words and leave clearly marked gaps for the facts only you know, like your phone number and opening hours.
