FAST DEV 24
Fixed price · Pay after delivery

Your website goes live tomorrow.

$0 until you see your finished site live. Built in 24 hours, or no deal — and you owe nothing.

For the roofer, the salon, the shop on Main Street. You describe the business in two sentences. We send a fixed price in fifteen minutes. The finished site is live within twenty-four hours. You pay only once you have seen it working.

Either way you get one fixed number, usually within 15 minutes. Miss the deadline and the agreement is cancelled, so you owe nothing. See price ranges

September 4–7: the first four one-page sites ordered each day go for $50 each. Same rules: price agreed first, live in 24 hours, you pay after you see it finished.

0:00

You write

Two sentences — in the form below or on Telegram: what your business does, and what a visitor should do on the site.

0:15

Fixed price

One number, agreed before anything starts. It does not move later, and there is nothing to pay yet.

0:30

The clock starts

You confirm the scope. Only now do the twenty-four hours begin — not when you first said hello.

24:30

Live, then paid

You open the finished site on a real address. If you like it, you pay. If we are late, the deal is off and you owe nothing.

The obvious question

Why it can be this cheap and this fast

A few hundred dollars in a day sounds too good to be true, so here is the catch, stated plainly: we did not find a shortcut through the building. We took out everything that was never building in the first place.

One kind of work, repeated

We build small business websites and nothing else. No apps, no dashboards, no custom platforms. The tenth dentist's site is not the first one: every decision has already been made and tested, so the day goes into your business rather than into working out the shape of the job.

No meetings, ever

Everything happens in writing, in the gaps between your customers. No kickoff call, no scheduling, no slide deck about our process. Most projects need around a dozen messages from you in total, and you can send them at midnight if that is when you are free.

Nothing to cancel later

No monthly fee, no minimum term, no account to close. The price you agree is the entire cost. There is no second invoice, and nothing renews. A cheap price usually hides a subscription somewhere; here there is nowhere for it to hide.

Changes on the same day

When you see the site and want the headline reworded or a photo swapped, that lands within hours, not next week. One round of changes is included in the price you already agreed, and none of it reopens the number or restarts the clock.

Four things we build

Fixed prices, agreed up front

The range depends on how many pages and how much writing we do. You get your exact number in fifteen minutes, before any work begins.

Small fixes · not full sites

Not a full site — one thing on the site you already have, done in two hours.

First screen rebuild $75

The top of your page — the part people read before deciding whether to stay. New layout, new words, a phone number they can tap. Two hours from the moment your text and photos are with me.

Mobile rescue $150

Your site works on a computer and falls apart on a phone. This fixes exactly that — readable text, tappable buttons, nothing sliding sideways. Your design stays yours. Two hours.

Same rules as everything else here: you see it finished before you pay, and I fix anything off for seven days. Spelled out in the terms.

In the price

What the number covers

No line items added later. If something here turns out not to apply to you, the price does not go up to compensate.

  • Design, copy and build — the whole site, not a template filled in
  • Hosting for the first year, on our account, at no charge
  • Your Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up, if you have one
  • Google Analytics and Search Console connected at handover
  • Every source file, yours to take anywhere
  • Changes during the build — they are part of the price, not extra
  • Seven days after launch: anything broken in our work, fixed free
No surprises

What we build — and what we don't

Saying this out loud costs us some enquiries. It saves you a week of finding out the slow way.

We build

  • Websites for small businesses that need customers to call, book or buy
  • Online shops up to ten products
  • Redesigns of sites that look dated on a phone
  • A landing page about your app — the page, not the app

We don't

  • Phone apps for the App Store or Google Play
  • Desktop programs or internal tools your staff log into
  • Chatbots on Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp
  • Marketplaces with several sellers, or anything at that scale
Before you pay

What happens after we deliver

The questions people hesitate to ask, answered without being asked. Every one of them is a way small businesses get burned.

You own all of it

You see the finished site working on a real address before you pay anything. The moment you do, everything is yours in writing: source files, the address, every account we set up. Host it anywhere, hand it to another developer, or leave it with us. Nothing is locked, and there is no account of ours you would have to close.

One round of changes, included

Within 24 hours of delivery, at no extra cost:

  • Wording anywhere on the site
  • Swapping photographs
  • Reordering the blocks
  • Fixing contact details

New pages or new features are a second order, quoted separately. We say so now rather than after.

Seven days of standing behind it

If the site breaks through a fault of ours in the first week, we fix it, free. After that it is your site and any developer can work on it — or write to us and we will quote the job.

There is no maintenance contract, because there is nothing you need to keep paying for.

Search: exactly what is included

  • Title and description on every page
  • Headings ordered by meaning
  • Captions on images
  • Sitemap and robots file
  • Your business marked up: name, address, hours, phone
  • Fast loading, correct on phones

What we will not do is promise you a position in Google. Where you rank depends on your competitors, your reviews and how long you have been trading — anyone guaranteeing page one is selling you something else.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask

When do the twenty-four hours start?

When you confirm the scope, not when you first message us. You can take a day to think it over; the clock waits for you.

What happens if you are late?

The agreement is cancelled and you owe nothing. There is no discount to negotiate and no half-finished site to argue about.

How do I pay once I approve the site?

Three ways, whichever suits you. A Revolut link takes all major debit and credit cards and Apple Pay. PayPal takes a balance payment, or a card through our donation link if you have no PayPal account. Stablecoin (USDT or USDC) works too. Payment is due only after you have seen the finished site working.

Can the price change while you work?

No. The number agreed in the first fifteen minutes is the number you pay. If you ask for something outside that scope, we quote it separately and you decide.

Someone quoted me half that. Why should I pay more?

You may not need to. The comparison worth making is not the two numbers but whether they cover the same thing: how many pages, who writes the words, how many rounds of changes, who owns the files afterwards, and what happens if the date is missed. Send us what they quoted and we will go through it line by line. If it covers the same ground and you trust them, take it.

What do you need from me to start?

What your business does, what a visitor should do on the site, and any text or photos you already have. If you have none, say so — we write the words and leave clearly marked gaps for the facts only you know, like your phone number and opening hours.

Three ways to get a site

The difference is not the price. It is who carries the risk.

Already have a site?

Free check, no strings. We measure, you decide.

We open your site on a phone and measure what a visitor actually gets: how long it takes to load, whether your phone number is one tap away, whether the page slides sideways. Plain numbers, in writing, within the hour. No sales call, no account to create.

One email with the findings. Nothing else — we do not add you to a list.

Nothing to lose

Send two sentences. Get a price in fifteen minutes.

No deposit, no contract to sign before we start, and no payment until the site is live and you are happy with it.

An email address. That is where the price and the finished site will arrive. Prefer to write to a person instead? Use one of the buttons below.

Prefer to just write? Every one of these reaches us directly - answer the same day.

And if the site you already have brings you the calls you need — keep your money. This is only worth doing when something is actually missing.
