FAST DEV 24WNR Group: 57 pages in three languages for a Warsaw employment agency

This is a real client project. WNR Group Sp. z o.o. is an employment agency in Warsaw, entered in the Polish register of employment agencies under number KRAZ 29795. The site runs on the client's own domain, wnrgroup.work, from the client's own Cloudflare account.
What the client needed
The agency works with two kinds of people. Candidates want legal work in Poland. Employers want workers for warehouses, production, bakeries, laundries and cleaning. The client asked for Ukrainian and English next to Polish.
On its own site the agency says it has worked since 2023 and has found work for about 2,000 people.
The brief set the rules. Jobs come first on the site. Candidates and employers each get their own path and their own form. There are no prices on the site; a visitor asks for a quote instead.
What we built
- 57 pages: 19 in Polish, 19 in Ukrainian, 19 in English. Services cover work, legal stay, work permits, accounting and company registration.
- Two vacancies, each on its own page with JobPosting markup, so Google can show them in job search. The list lives in one source file. It can also run from the client's own Google Sheet.
- Each vacancy page names the agency and its KRAZ number next to the rate and the contract.
- Every application goes to the client's Telegram channel, with the candidate's CV attached.
- A panel where the client changes phone numbers, addresses and the team, enters the keys for its services and writes articles without us. Keys are stored encrypted, and the panel never shows them back in full.
- A guide with six articles on work contracts, residence cards and running a company. Every legal figure in them was checked against the text of the act, and each article links the reader to that act.
- Two calculators. A candidate sees the take-home pay for an hourly rate. An employer sees the full monthly cost of one worker.
- The laundry vacancy shows the method: the page turns the gross hourly rate into an estimated monthly take-home pay for 168 hours on a contract of mandate.
- Real photographs across the site: a laundry, a warehouse, a bakery, an office.
- The move to the client's domain and Cloudflare account, with its data stores and settings. The www address redirects to the main domain with a 301.
How long it took
The brief arrived on 21 September 2026. The home page was online for the client about two hours later. The other pages, the panel and the articles followed over the next two days. On 23 September 2026 the site moved to wnrgroup.work, the client's own domain.
By the end of 23 September the site had gone live in 19 successive versions.
How an application reaches the client
A candidate or an employer fills in a form in any of the three languages. The client's own bot posts the application to the agency's Telegram channel with Polish labels, and the CV follows as a file. When Telegram limits a burst of messages, the site waits and sends again, both the application and the CV. If a message still fails, the page tells the visitor that it did not go through.
What the client owns
Everything runs on accounts in the client's name: the domain, the Cloudflare account with the site and its data, the Telegram bot and the channel. We work there as an invited member, and the client can remove us at any time.

We do not publish what a client paid. We set a fixed price from your brief before work starts. You pay after the site is live and you have seen it.
Once agreed, the price does not change. If the finished site does not suit you, you owe us nothing.
