ShinePro: a $100 page that has one job
Demonstration build · one-page site · Phoenix, AZ · see it live
This is one of our demonstration builds: a site we made ourselves, to show exactly what the bottom of our price range buys. Nobody ordered it; the brief, the constraints and the deadline were real, the client was not. Every number below is from our own published audit tooling, not adjectives.
The brief we set ourselves
A mobile car wash in Phoenix: no shop and no address: the van comes to you. The whole business fits in one sentence, so the site must too. A visitor arrives from a phone, usually standing next to a dusty car, and needs three answers fast: what does it cost, do you come to my area, how do I book. Anything that delays those answers is a lost call.
Decisions that shaped the page
- One page, eight sections, one action. Every section ends at the same place: book at your address. No menu maze: a mobile visitor scrolls, not navigates.
- Three fixed price levels on the page. The same rule we apply to ourselves: a price you can see before you commit. For a service business this alone beats most local competitors.
- A section about the Phoenix climate. "What this climate does to paint" sells the service better than any slogan. It is the reason the business exists, written down.
- Drawn SVG graphics instead of stock photos. The page carries no fake vans and no stock smiles; illustrations are drawn for the page and weigh almost nothing.
The numbers, including the honest part
- Audit score today
- 100 / 100, zero remaining issues
- First attempt score
- 53 / 100: low-contrast headings and captions caught on three screen widths and in dark mode
- Rounds of fixes
- 4, each re-checked by the same audit
- Page weight
- 34 KB total, loads instantly on a phone
- Contrast checks
- 100 elements measured, light and dark
We publish the first score on purpose. A build that starts at 53 and is measured up to 100 tells you the checking is real; a portfolio where everything was always perfect tells you nothing.
What this would cost you
This scope (a one-page site with fixed pricing, drawn graphics, dark mode and a booking form) sits at the bottom of our range: $100–250, delivered in 24 hours from the moment the scope is agreed. You see it finished and working before you pay anything. The full rules are one short page: How We Work.
