What happens next

From confirmation to first cup

Order confirmation

Your receipt lists coffee, roast, grind, size, quantity, fulfillment method and any renewal cadence. Check it promptly so we can correct details before roasting begins.

Fresh roast

Your coffee enters the next suitable Tuesday–Friday batch. We rest, seal and date each bag before it leaves the Seattle roastery.

Delivery update

Shipped orders receive carrier tracking. Pickup orders receive an email only when every bag is packed and ready for collection.
